The Company fully recognizes its social mission, and protects all personal information it handles and observes the laws and regulations that protect the rights of individuals and personal information. In addition, the Company has established a personal information protection management system for realizing the policy below, and hereby declares that it will work collectively to continually improve this system while always being aware of the latest IT trends, changes in social demands, and changes in management environment among other things.

  • The Company will acquire, use, and provide personal information only within the scope necessary for human resources management and hiring of employees as well as the appropriate business execution in the career platform operation business. The Company will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary for achieving the specified purpose of use (use outside of purpose of use). In addition, the Company will take measures to ensure personal information is not used outside the purpose of use.
  • The Company will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, government guidelines, and other rules and regulations.
  • The Company will continually improve its personal information security system by committing management resources based on the actual state of business in order to implement reasonable security measures to prevent risks of leakage, loss, or damage to personal information. In addition, the Company will immediately take corrective action in case it determines that there is a problem with personal information protection.
  • The Company will respond to complaints or consultations regarding its handling of personal information in a prompt and appropriate manner and in good faith.
  • The Company will continually review and improve the personal information protection management system in a timely and appropriate manner based on changes in the environment surrounding the Company.

2.Handling of credit card information

The Company outsources credit card payment operations to a payment agency service company. Credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, security code) entered by members of the Company's service through the Company's system is held by the payment agency service company, and the Company does not hold any credit card information.

Requests received from the party concerned or their proxy with regard to the retained personal data in the possession of the Company, including notification of purpose of use, disclosure, content revision, addition or deletion, cessation of use, removal, and cessation of provision to a third party (referred to "request for disclosure, etc." below), will be addressed as outlined below.

  • Procedures related to requests for disclosure, etc.(1) Once it receives your request, the Company will mail out a designated form, Request Form for Disclosure of Personal Information, for you to complete.
    (2) Return the completed form, document certifying your proxy when using a proxy, and postal money order in the amount of the processing fee (for notification of purpose of use and request for disclosure only) to the Personal Information Inquiries Desk stated above.
    (3) Once it receives the above-mentioned request form, the Company will ask two or more questions to verify the identity of the party involved based on the registered information with the Company (for example, telephone number and date of birth).
    (4) Generally, a response will be sent by postal mail (sealed letter) to the party concerned.
  • Document certifying proxy when using a proxyIf a request for disclosure, etc. is made by a proxy, please include the document certifying the proxy as well as document verifying the proxy's identity along with your request. Please black out any further information on documents submitted beside the prefecture of permanent domicile. Please send only documents without personal identifying numbers or black out any numbers.
